Returns

At Crow and Jester, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return, exchange, or alter an item, please review the guidelines below.

Stock / Ready-to-Wear Products

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all labels, tags, and original packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon return, each item will be inspected to ensure it has not been worn or damaged. If the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent, you may choose a full refund of the item price or an exchange.

Made-to-Order Caps

Made-to-order caps must also be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all labels, tags, and original packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned caps will be checked upon receipt. If the cap is returned in satisfactory condition, you may choose a full refund of the item price or an exchange.

Refunds

For refund requests, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, a full refund for the price of the item purchased will be issued. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your country or payment provider. If the item is returned in satisfactory condition, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help you find your perfect fit. For exchanges, we will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Email info@crowandjester.co.uk to initiate your return or exchange and to obtain the correct return address. Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include your name, order number, and a clear note stating whether you require a refund or an exchange inside the return package. Once received, the item will be inspected and processed accordingly.

Alterations

We want you to be completely happy with the fit of your garment. If an item has been made to the measurements you provided and does not meet your expectations, we offer an alteration service which is individually quoted depending on the changes required.
