If your garment arrives and has not been handcrafted correctly, either through fabric choices, design choices or measurements, Crow and Jester will arrange collection of the garment and offer either a full refund or replacement. Alterations
We at Crow and Jester want you to have the best experience and be totally happy with your garment’s fit. If for whatever reason you feel the finished piece does not fit you to your expectation and we have made the item to your measurements you requested ,we offer an alteration service which we can individually quote on depending on what changes you require.
