At Crow and Jester, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return, exchange, or alter an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Stock Products
Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all labels, tags, and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Once inspected and confirmed to be in original condition, you may choose either a full refund of the item price or an exchange.
Made to Order Products
Made-to-order items must also be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all labels, tags, and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Once received and inspected, you may choose either a full refund of the item price or an exchange.
Refunds
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your item, a full refund of the item price will be issued within 5 business days. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your country or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team — we're happy to help you find your perfect fit. For exchanges, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email info@crowandjester.co.uk to initiate your return or exchange and to obtain the correct return address.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- A returns label will be sent to you via email for refunds, or included in your exchange parcel for exchanges.
Alterations
We want you to love the fit of your garment. If an item was made to your provided measurements and doesn't meet your expectations, we offer an alteration service quoted individually based on the changes required.
