Orders to UK destination
Your order shipped to UK destination using the following method:
a) DPD – This delivery service is free.
International Orders
Orders shipped to a non-UK destination using the following method:
a) Europe – DPD – items shipped using this service are delivered within 6 weeks and additional costs apply.
b) Rest of the World – DPD – items shipped using this service are delivered within 6 weeks and additional costs apply.
International deliveries may take longer than as outlined in 11.2 (a) and 11.2(b) to arrive at their destination. These delays may be caused by the destination country’s customs clearance procedures. Delays may also be caused by holidays, strikes or any such event that disrupts usual delivery operations. Customers understand that in this case we are not responsible for any such delays.
c) The customer agrees that Crow and Jester is not liable in any case for any consequential or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, (including but not limited to loss of profit or any economic loss), arising out of its recklessness, negligence, inability or failure to dispatch or deliver goods within the stated timeframe
d) The customer agrees that despatch and delivery records kept by Crow and Jester are correct and that the signed Packing Slip or Delivery Docket or of any such document used by a courier service or by Crow and Jester for the purposes of recording delivery of goods is proof that goods were received by customer.
e) The customer agrees to be onsite at their nominated delivery address between business hours. Crow and Jester will be not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods at delivery site if the customer has failed to be onsite and if goods had to be left at delivery address unattended.
f) If a delivery failure occurs for whatever reason and re-delivery is requested, customers may be required to pay the re-delivery fee as charged by the courier company.
